Returns and Exchanges Policy

Montblanc offers complimentary returns within 30 days of delivery for all creations in their original condition. Please ensure items are unworn and accompanied by their original packaging and certificates of authenticity.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Log into your account or visit the 'Order Status' page to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Package Your Item

  Carefully place the creation in its original Montblanc presentation box and secure it within the shipping carton.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print and attach the prepaid return shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Dispatch and Refund

  Drop off your package at an authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed following a quality inspection at our boutique.
